Europa League kings Sevilla won the tournament for a record sixth time, defeating Inter Milan 3-2.

SEVILLA have won the Europa League for the SIXTH time after beating Inter Milan 3-2 in Cologne.

The most successful side in the competition’s history picked up the victory after Romelu Lukaku’s late own goal – making him the first player to score in both ends in a European final.

Sevilla are crowned Europa League winners for a record sixth time.

Their affiliation with this competition is remarkable, winning it six times in the last fourteen seasons.

They came from behind, as they did against Manchester United in the Semi Final, and were helped by an own goal from Romelu Lukaku after two excellent Luuk De Jong headers.

Meanwhile Inter fell at the last hurdle tonight to conclude a disappointing season, after being beaten to the Serie A title by just one point.
