The Manchester United star has already been working with FareShare UK, a charity supplying two million meals every week to vulnerable children.

And having helped to raise an astonishing £20million for the project, kind-hearted Rashford has continued his good work this morning.

The 22-year-old swapped his football boots for a PE kit as he guided kids through a number of stretches, showing them how to get ready for their big match.

Rashford will have had them in awe at first, as he spoke a little about his experiences getting into football while standing in front of his England caps and an assortment of awards.

He then moved into his personal gym area, beginning with a hamstring exercise before moving onto the groin area.

Kids across the nation were then put through their paces with a circuit of exercises, beginning with press-ups and sit-ups, before moving onto jumping jacks.

The circuit was complete after leg balancing, hopping and lunges.

Having completed his first day as a celebrity supply teacher, Rashford then shared some of the heartwarming responses to his exercise routine for children.
